Welcome to River Birch Ceramic. By accessing or purchasing from our website (riverbirch.co.nz), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. General Information
River Birch Ceramic is a New Zealand–based studio specialising in handmade ceramic art and design. All pieces are individually created, and variations in colour, texture, or size are part of their unique character.
2. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) by default and include GST unless stated otherwise.
A currency switcher is available for your convenience. Prices displayed in United States dollars (USD) are calculated automatically according to the official exchange rate at the time of viewing.
Payment must be completed at the time of order through the secure checkout system provided on our website.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or incorrect information is detected.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation.
Domestic shipping is available within New Zealand; international shipping may be arranged upon request.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.
4. Returns and Refunds
Each item is carefully inspected before shipping.
Because our ceramics are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, returns are accepted only in cases of damage during transit or if an incorrect item was sent.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@riverbirch.co.nz, including your order number and photos of the item.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received in its original condition.
5. Intellectual Property
All photographs, designs, text, and content on this website are the property of River Birch Ceramic and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout is used solely to process your order and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
